For Piercing minors: In order to ensure we comply with Texas state regulations, please bring the following physical copies (Pictures will NOT be accepted):
 1. Birth Certificate (must be in hand)
 2. Valid ID of the parent or legal guardian
 3. Legal Guardianship Papers (if applicable)
 4. If the parent’s last name differs from the one on the birth certificate (due to marriage or name change), proper documentation proving the name change must be provided.
 5. The parent or legal guardian must be present during the piercing procedure.
6. Please bring CASH with you as well due to us being a Cash ONLY facility, if not we have an ATM on site.
